Balance Light Collection
The Balance light collection draws inspiration from the traditional weighing scale, an object that epitomises simplicity and purity of form and function. Playing with a balance of sleek extrusions and primary forms, the lights are designed to provide adaptive task and ambient lighting for a wide range of environments. Fine profiles and clean lines are used to create an elegant balance of proportions, whilst integrated mechanics ensure seamless ergonomic function.
The balance desk light provides flexible task lighting via a rotatable head, whilst the minimal silhouette of the body helps it to sit gently and elegantly on any surface. The ambient light is designed to be ambiguous in nature, and provides a warm and natural glow to it’s immediate environment. A reinterpretation of the classic flood light, the circular light face balances on a thin–profile arm which rests gently on any surface. The light’s adaptable form also allows it to be hung from other objects to create ambient or directional light.
